Canceling your subscription
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time on the lava.top side. If anything gets in the way, message support and we will cancel it for you.
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We will not take back time you paid for. There are no further charges after you cancel. Your account and data stay until you ask us to delete them.
Refund of your first payment
Your first payment can be refunded within fourteen days, no reason needed. Message support from the extension and we will refund it in full. The only condition is the deadline. This applies to a first monthly payment and a first yearly payment alike.
Later billing periods
The 7-day trial is your time to decide: that is exactly what it is for, so you can see the product on your own search results before paying anything. So later paid periods are generally not refunded; to avoid the next charge, simply cancel.
If the service did not work through our fault
There is one exception to the general rule, and it is a real one. If the service did not work through our fault (it was unavailable, produced clearly wrong calculations, or did not unlock access after payment), message support within fourteen days of the charge. We will refund that period in full. We will not argue about whether it was “broken enough”: borderline cases are decided in your favor.
If we closed your access through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of the paid period without you having to ask.
AI check packs
A +50 AI check pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if none of its checks have been used. A partly used pack is not refundable, but it stays valid for its full 12 months, even if you cancel your subscription and later resume it.
How to request a refund
- Write to the Support section in the extension’s side panel or to [to be filled: contact email].
- Include your account email and, if you remember, the payment date and amount.
- We reply within five business days and issue the refund through lava.top to the same card.
How quickly the money shows up depends on your bank: usually anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
What happens after a refund
A refund ends access immediately, without waiting for the end of the period: the money is back, so the service is no longer provided. Your account and data are kept, and you can pick up where you left off with a new subscription.
